Q.How long will my letters take to get there?
A.Your letter if sent before 4pm to a UK address should arrive the next day however PC2Paper cannot guarantee delivery time as being one day as this is out of our hands. Delivery to other countries is dependent on Royal Mail .

• Mail to europe from the UK usually takes 3 to 4 days
• Other parts of the world from the UK take 5 to 10 days.
• Mail to the USA from the UK can take 5 to 10 days.
• Mail to the USA from the USA is usually 2 to 3 days.
• Mail to Canada from the USA is usually 3 to 4 days.
• Mail to Germany from Germany is usually 3 to 4 days.

Q. Is my address included on the the envelope?
A. You have the option to choose if you want your address placed placed as a return address on your letter.

Q.What kind of stationery are my letters printed on?
A. Standard letters are printed on white high quality A4 paper and placed in white DL envelopes with the address and postage printed on the front. You also have the option to select premium high gloss photo paper used mainly for high quality photo prints. Business users have the option of windowed envelopes.

Q. Can I upload a PDF or Word document instead of typing my letter online?
A. You certainly can. PC2Paper allows you to upoad Word or PDF documents to send as a letter and will automatically count the pages in your letter to work out the cost.

Q. Do you place logo's or markings on letters I send via your service?
A. Mail sent via PC2Paper is not marked or branded in anyway.

Q. How many pages can I have in my letter?
A. As many pages as you want. The cost of your letter is dynamically worked out by the amount of pages and weight. Please note that letters larger than 12 pages will be placed in larger envelopes.

Q. I want to upload my address book is this possible?
A. Once you have logged into your PC2Paper account select your address book and follow the on screen instructions for uploading your address book. You can also take a look at the following blog article about uploading your address book

Q. How private are my letters?
A. The staff at PC2Paper are forbidden from reading your letters. We would like to guarantee them a 100% private however people still need to pack the letters into envelopes.

Q. What is snail mail?
A. Snail mail was a slang term coined by early internet users for sending mail via the traditional postal service, such as Royal Mail or the US Postal service. Naturally this was slower than using email so hence the name "snail mail".

Q. I want to send someone an anonymous love letter. Can they trace it back to me?
A. We will never give the details of our letter senders out to anyone unless requested by law to do so.

Q. Where are my letters sent from?
A. Your letter will be sent from the destination you choose within our letter sending interface.

Q. How do I top up my account with credit?
A. Click on the My Account button on the left hand menu, then select Top Up Credit.

Q. How do I include images in my letters?
A. When writing your letter, in the rich text editor we provide there is an image insert button select this and you will be able to upload images and drag them into your letter. Alternatively you can insert your images into a Word Document or PDF document and upload this instead.

Q. I am having problems putting money in my account and can't use PayPal or Nochex because I live in a country not covered by them and really want to use your service, what can I do?
A. Try using our new credit card option that should be able to accept credit cards from any destination if you have any problems please contact us.
