Coronavirus Service Update

PC2Paper are currently operating as normal, however we are seeing substantial delays in mail we send via Royal Mail and other postal services. Please allow more time for your mail to get to its destination.

High Demand and Customer Service

We are currently seeing a high demand for our service in many cases companies have farmed out their mail operations to us as they are no longer able to do these inhouse. We endeavour to answer all customer support tickets on the same day (Monday - Friday 9am-5pm), however as you can understand there will be delays as many of our staff need to work from home. 

Mail Delivery

 The majority of our mail is delivered via Royal Mail. However we are seeing considerable delays in mail being sent via Royal Mail. 

  • Royal Mail Signed for Mail - This will no longer be signed for 
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day) - This service is no longer guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the next day
  • 1st and 2nd Class - We are seeing considerable delays in 1st and 2nd class mail. If you are sending time sensitive mail, we recommend using Special Delivery.

Mail Cut Off

As before we are processing mail Monday to Friday you have the following windows in which to send your mail for it to be sent the same day

  • Normal First and Second Class Post - You need to get this to us before 3pmin order for it to enter the postal service the same day
  • Signed For Services - You need to send these to us before 1pm

Please note we do not send mail on the weekend, any mail that arrives after 3pm on a Friday will be sent on the following Monday. 

 

 

PC2Paper are currently operating as normal, however, we are reviewing this on a daily basis. We will continue to operate as long as Royal Mail are able to collect mail from us and our staff who process mail (currently working in shifts) remain healthy.

  • Next Day Delivery - This service is no longer guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the next day
