Why is my mail still waiting to be sent?

Mail submitted in the week

We have a cut off time for general mail to enter the postal service on the same day this is 3pm (UK Time) if your mail does not get to us before this time, it will be sent the next working day. (PC2Paper does not send mail on the weekends)

(Please note different rules apply to Signed for and Special Delivery see below)

Mail you submit on the weekend

If you have sent your mail on the weekend your mail will remain in our system until the next working day. So mail you submit to us on Saturday and Sunday will only be sent on the next working day which is usually a Monday. If you have missed our cut off time for sending mail on a Friday your mail will be sent on the next working day (usually a Monday).

My Special Delivery or Signed For mail is still waiting to be sent

If you submitted your Special Delivery or Signed For Mail after our 1pm (UK Time) cut off, it will be sent on the next working day.

Postal Strikes & Adverse weather conditions

Mail can sometimes be delayed by postal strikes or adverse weather conditions. We will regularly post updates on our blog (and home page) when such events occur.
