So if my friend said he have not receive the mail, the only thing I could do is to send it again, and with recorded delivery? Thanks.

Unfortunately there is no way of tracking standard mail once it has been passed to the postal service, however we do offer Recorded Delivery and Special Delivery. These options are available from the extras menu when writing your letter and provide a tracking number so that you can check the status of your letter on the Royal Mail website.
