This is provided the letters are properly aligned to fit our windowed DL envelopes. Many of our clients who use this option usually roll their mail merge off as a PDF or Word document for us to simply print out and put into envelopes.

So a Word mail merge would be more convenient. Can the printer driver pick up the address details from the letter itself? Or can I use a window envelope?
