Subject RE:Client node missing? (moved from General Chat)

Hi Jerry,

The Client node was missing from our documentation which we will be updating. Its basically used to identify the software you are using so it could be something such as "My PC2Paper Printing Client" or what ever name you have given to your software.

We mainly use this when the same user has multiple types of software they use on our interface and need more help getting it working. This way we can identify which one it is.

Rob

When I post XML derived from the sample XML on page 10 of the API reference document I get back an error saying that the "Client node is missing". If I added in something then the request works but I'm still a little uneasy since I don't know WHAT that node is meant to contain.

Can anyone shed any light on this please?
