I have the API documentation what else do I need to access the API? A. All you need is a PC2Paper account. Q. How do I get the API activated on my PC2Paper account? A. The PC2Paper API interface is active on all PC2Paper accounts as standard Q. Do I have to pay a monthly fee for using the PC2Paper API interface? A. No. As long as you have money in your PC2Paper account to cover the cost of sending letters the API interface will allow you to send letters. With certain accounts we allow the account to go into debt which can then be settled at the end of the month. Q. Will letters sent using the interface appear in my PC2Paper account when I log in? A. Yes all letters sent via the API interfaces will appear in your PC2Paper account. Q. I really need to do a lot of tests. Is there a way I can do this without my PC2Paper account being charged every time I send through a test letter? A. We are able to place your PC2Paper account into a test mode status so that you do not need to top up the account and all letters submited via the account will not be sent by us. You can ask for your account to be set back to live mode when you are ready to go live with the account. Alternatively we have a test account available, please let us know if you wish to use this account. Letters submitted to this account are cleared out daily. Q. There is a feature I need which the PC2Paper API does not provide, how do I go about getting this added? A. Submit a request to the chat area or contact us directly with your request and we will see what we can do. Q. I have developed a PC2Paper API application and would like to share it with people, can you help? A. We are more than happy to help you share your application with people.
